H. Victoria Smith, Esq.Ms. Smith graduated cum laude in 1994 from the University of North Carolina, Greensboro, with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology. She received her Master of Arts in General Experimental Psychology from Wake Forest University in 1996 and her Juris Doctor from the University of Tennessee in 1999. Ms. Smith is a member of the State Bar of Georgia and the South Carolina Bar. Ms. Smith has been an associate attorney with Michael Kennedy McIntyre & Associates since 1999, and has been practicing postconviction criminal defense in Atlanta and the state of Georgia since that time. She practices exclusively in the field of postconviction representation, primarily representing clients before the Georgia Board of Pardons and Paroles. |
